I work with foundations, universities, and member organizations. These three arenas share a passion for mission and a drive to create positive change in the world. My areas of expertise are strategic planning; leadership development and coaching; and facilitation and speaking. Because my clients are all unique, my work is customized. We work together to identify where you want to go and we come up with a plan that gets you there.
Strategic Planning
I help create space for stakeholders to re-commit to the big idea that first inspired and connected them to the mission of their chosen organization. We will work together to figure out how to get from where you are today to the impact you want tomorrow.
Leadership Development & Coaching
The daily work of achieving your mission takes leadership and focused effort. I help individuals and teams build the skills and perspectives they need to turn strategic aspirations into reality.
Facilitation & Speaking
Strategic progress is realized at multiple levels. I help “make meaning” for individuals, teams and organizations through workshops, retreats, virtual programs, and speaking engagements.
Foundations
Philanthropy is about making positive change in the world. I work with foundations and their boards to choose a unique direction in a complicated world. Together we find ways to address inequities and solve critical problems.
Universities
Learning and development are the core purpose of higher education. Figuring out how to adapt and thrive is particularly challenging today. I work with faculty, staff and administration to navigate the turbulent waves of change – for individuals, departments and schools.
Member Organizations
By their very design, associations are focused on meeting stakeholder needs. I help member organizations create value, connections and impact while addressing their own sustainability and effectiveness.
